Selection of zipper bag materials for zipper bag making machines

1. The surface material of the zipper bag in the zipper bag making machine

Non heat sealing materials are preferred, and it is advisable to choose materials with good heat resistance and small thermal deformation, such as BOPA BOPET、BOPP、 Paper, etc.

2. Inner layer material of zipper bag for zipper bag making machine

For heat sealing materials, it is advisable to heat seal them at a temperature 30 ℃ lower than the thermal deformation temperature of the surface material. If the temperature difference between the thermal deformation of the surface material and the thermal sealing layer material is too small, it will make it difficult to control the temperature of the bag making. Due to the low temperature, the sealing strength is poor and cannot meet the requirements. In order to improve the sealing strength, the temperature is increased. Due to the small thermal deformation temperature difference between the inner and outer layers, the surface material is prone to burns.

For the same heat sealing material, its heat sealing strength will increase with the increase of the thickness of the heat sealing material. Therefore, it is advisable to use an inner layer material with a thickness of 30 μ m or more for back sealing bags and self-supporting bags. If the inner layer material is too thin, it will affect the sealing of the finished bag.

3. Zipper bag zipper of zipper bag making machine

A zipper sealing strip with a lower heat sealing temperature should be selected, generally preferably 5-10 ℃ lower than the heat sealing temperature of the inner layer material. For example, the PE L-101 zipper sealing strip from Zhongshan Zhongcheng Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. has a heat sealing temperature about 10 ℃ lower than its PE LL-201, which can be selected for bag making with different PE inner layer materials to achieve the best heat sealing state with the inner layer material.
